Concerts!

Yes, you read it, concerts! We've just recently been blessed and able to go down to Silver Dollar City for their Southern Gospel Picnic, but for only 1 night, though. But at least we got to go see 2 of the best groups in SG, Brian Free & Assurance and Crystal River. You may not know, ('til now that is), that the bass who is now with BFA used to sing with Crystal River! That was pretty neat. Plus, a couple Sundays ago we had the awesome privilege to go see CrossWay, an incredible trio of very talented and sweet young men. To add on a little something else, this past Saturday, we went down to the Calvarymen's Homecoming concert and we saw them along with very talented musicians and singers, The Kellys, and with, I'd have to say one of THE best songwriters of all times, Mark Bishop, he also is a very good singer. Well, I guess that about does me in for tonight, (or should I say this EARLY morning). As we like to say, Here, There, or in the Air!

Good job writing, Carol! We sure enjoyed some awesome singing and music, didn't we??... Of course, getting our hugs from Brian (Free) AND listening to him sing those incredibly high notes... and hearing Mark Bishop's songs, from the silly "Bottled Water" to the heartfelt "The Son of the Carpenter"... (what a gift he has!) and getting to talk with different ones of them... What an enjoyable and refreshing time!!
Keep writing...
Love you.
