Old Country Church

Yes, you read it! We were at an Old Country Church, I believe it was just right outside of Mansfield, MO today and we had LOTS of fun. Let me tell you, to be "Perfectly Honest" I wasn't quite sure that I'd have that much fun out there. Don't get me wrong, I love old country churches, but some are different than others. Oh, did I mention that George used to pastor out at that same Church in the 60's/70's. Actually, it wasn't necessarily a "Church service" as you'd call it, because it started at 2:00, but it was sort of like one because we definitely could feel the Holy Spirit movin' in there! There were people giving testimonies and really good ole fashioned singin', but we did sing a couple of our songs. What it actually was was just a time that they have once a year that people who are acquainted with that Church in some sort of way come and meet and tell some good stories and sing and lots of fellowship, plus there was some really good food that each group of people brought to eat.
