Halloween, Church Singing and More
Halloween is just around the corner, (actually in just one day). To be "Perfectly Honest," I really don't like Halloween, but I just read a message I got from somebody on an e-mail and it was talking about how you can use something evil and turn it into good. It reminded me what my Sunday school teacher has said that he and his wife likes to do. He says that he puts candy into those little baggies and puts tracts in them. What a good idea! Also, talking of Halloween, I just wanted to say that we're sorry, (especially me), that we didn't get to go to The Hile's (The Revelators, good singing group and good friends) Harvest party at their house! I was really looking forward to it, but we got tied up with some other things.
Now, about the Church singing I said. We are going to be singing at our home Church here in Springfield, MO, (Baptist Temple) it's just one song though! (I just learned about it two days ago!)
Also, don't forget about the Carthage singing this coming Friday at the community Church in Carthage that used to be the Wal-Mart. The Revelators, Canaan Bound and we are supposed to be there and I think maybe even Duke Mason (the little guy with the big voice who is always a crowd favorite)! Canaan Bound is the one who puts it on every month, (the first Friday of every month), and The Revelators are supposed to be the special guest. I hope they're the only ones because I don't want to leave anybody out; if I did, sorry.
