Crane, Morning Star September 19, 2008

We had, yet another, great evening of singing last Friday! We "kicked" it off with a few songs! And then a little lady named Donna came up and sang...WOW! Another little Vestal Goodman, (watch out Libbi, lol)! And then Larry Peak, whom we hadn't met yet, sang, and he did a great job as well! And then the "main" special group was the John Carr Family! We had heard them at the Crane Broiler Festival, one of the MANY groups that were there, but we hadn't had a chance to meet them until last Friday, and they were really great people! They're from Galena, Missouri, and if you ever get the chance to see/hear them, DO SO! Sharron Bennett, the lady who's ALWAYS there along with us, wasn't able to be there because she had walking pneumonia. I am not sure if she still has it, but please be in prayer for her as she gets through this illness. As I'm sure you know, being sick is NOT a fun thing!
