GPG November 13-14, 2009

This weekend is one of the highlights for us each month as we get to go down to sing and fellowship with family and friends! The Branson group is such a blessing to be around. There's always fun, laughter, some crying, singing, eating (lol), and just a great time!
Friday night is always like a Gaither's gathering kind of like with all the singers in front of the rest of the audience like a choir (sitting for the most part though) and then whoever the next artist is, they come to the front of the group and sing...
Saturday's is a little different. Saturday's, starting at 3, (I believe), we have a songwriter's showcase. That's exactly what it's titled, it's a program where songwriter's sing songs that THEY have written...then...we EAT! Ha ha. I have never ONCE had something bad to eat that they made! It's only $5 per person, and that's for your whole meal, whatever you want (whatever they have that day) and dessert and drink...it's a really good deal, especially when the food is as good as it always is!
